"What package is right for me?"

There are staple videos every brand needs. If your company is just starting its video journey, then we would suggest going for the 4-Hour package with the following videos: One brand video, four YouTube or interview videos, and ten Instagram videos. This will set up your video presence. The brand video (3-5 minutes) is perfect for the landing page of your website. The YouTube or interview videos (10-15 minutes each) are the perfect way to introduce key members of your company or answer commonly asked questions about your services. Finally, the Instagram videos (30-60 seconds each) aren't just for Instagram. These bitesize videos are perfect for LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Posting videos on social media once or twice a week is a great way to grow your online following. After you have the essential videos, we suggest booking the 1-Hour package once a month to keep up your social media presence.

"Do we have to film at the Angela Wolf Video studio?"

While we do offer filming on-location at our clients' offices, the prices listed for our In Studio Video Packages are only available for filming at the Angela Wolf Video studio. By filming in our custom designed studio, we are able to offer more affordable pricing while still providing quality services.

"When should I arrive for my video session?"

We ask that everyone arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Each package comes with a set number of reserved hours in the studio. To respect all of our clients' time, we are unable to extend any session past what is scheduled. Please arrive with enough time to find street parking, get changed, and feel ready to be on camera. We have a bathroom with a makeup station, along with plenty of water, coffee, and tea to help you stay hydrated.

"What do I need to do before my video session?"

To make best use of your time, we ask that you pre-plan the content for each video production. We have a teleprompter you may use if you have a written script. Please send us your scripts/notes for each video 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will give us time to load the teleprompter and prepare for your videos.

"Can I do a webinar or live stream video with the 1 or 2 hour package?"

Live streaming involves a lot of technical set up, and requires an extra AWV crew member on set. Because of this, we can only book live stream videos in a minimum of a 4 hour window. Your session will start 90 minutes before you are scheduled to go live. This allows us plenty of time to set up the live stream equipment and test the connection. With something as time sensitive as a live video, we are unable to offer it with any of our shorter packages.

"What is your video session policy?"

Our packages are available by appointment only. We require a non-refundable retainer to hold your scheduled appointment.
